Need a Refund please if possible!

Hello there,
I am a returning player and I had a couple of pearls to waste on stuff that will help me start grinding again and I bought a campsite since on pearl shop I should only be able to only buy it "Once per family" then I found out that I already had it from before... So I would like to refund that if possible please since I shouldn't be able to buy it if I had one in the first place, I think ?

Pearls are basicaly for free, leave ur character online over night and you will get your pearl s back

 

No, refunds are given in cases of glitches on our end or if an item was purchased on the wrong server and has not yet been used.
