Need advice on Lag Issues

Hello Sirs,

I need help with big lag issues, I am using this gaming laptop Toshiba Qosmio X775:

Specs:

* Intel Core i7-2670QM Processor 2 GHz
* NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560M 1.5GB GDDR5
* 6GB DDR3 1333MHz memory
* 1.0TB Hard Drives
* Windows 7 64bit

I am playing from Asia, my ping is around 300ms or sometimes 350ms, using Battleping.

Normally when I run alone or with other asmos, my FPS is around 60 or 50, the big lag happens only when there is elyos coming, my screen is getting lag bad, like a pause of 2 or 3 seconds.

Note: I have updated to latest drivers on my laptop, I put all shadows and shaders down all with bloom effects disable. My internet connection is 1Mbps broadband.

Any helpful ideas will be much appreciated.

lag comes from your internet provider, not from your rig specs.
the further away the server is, the higher the ping.

also, better DL/UP speed - the better the ping.
