[NEED AN ANSWER FROM STAFF] Divine Armor Upgraded NPC ( ? )

Saw these NPCs are back just few minutes ago and they have my most wanted stuff in this whole game. I'm planning on trading my PvP items (ABG & EAC) for Crucible Insignias and the old TAC Plate set

BUT!

First, I'd like to ask and if possible please a concrete answer coming from a staff member, not something like 'subject to change' then the next day the NPCs are gone leaving me with the worthless TAC items and insignias.

So what I wanted to ask is, did angels step down to this filthy Earth just to whisper Carl to put these NPCs (assuming they are working as intended) for us to enjoy!? (ﾟДﾟ|||)

Jokes aside, so, is this included in the latest update we had? Are they working? Permanently? If not, until when?

Not sure actually, gotta see if the work and such what not.

For some reason thought this was for the other annoying npcs.

Anyway, they aren't even there...meaning removed.

 

Doesn't seem to be working particularly well, the NPCs are only spawned on Lumiel anyway.

Despawned as a precaution.
