Need GM Help! Missing Items...

I am missing items which i had placed into my pets Inventory piror to the latest update to the server, and once the update was complete my pets inventory is bugged/empty. Now my website inventory still lists the items i had but ingame i cannot find / see them.

I see that you got those items and the items are missing but you are missing the screenshots that the items were actually put in the inventory to begin with. Maybe you can possibly look into you chat log and see if you can find where it says you've received such n such items..

 

Do this, go get a aether gem or pure aether gem, just 1 and place it in your bank. then close bank and take it out of your bank into your bag.

Then open up the pet bag and place that 1 aether gem into the pet bag.

This should magically reappear all missing items.

This happen to me as well but under different circumstances and the above fixed it for me

I cant safe my item to my pet inventory. :sad:

 

Also the server is crashing or crashed at the moment so wait till its restarted.

BTW this may have happen cuz maybe you stacked the aether gems illegally taking 9,999 and 9,999 and putting them together making 19,998, thats what happen to me and after i crashed yesterday i lost 30+ items cuz my bag was overloaded 131/99 items.

But did that 1 aether gem bank placement and take out thing above and all the items popped back in my bag.
