Need GM help please

i donated yesterday and bought a ABG mace and it gave me a sword, i dont know if my comp lagged when i clicked it but i decided to jus use the sword but it bothers me now so is there anyway that a gm can take my ABG sword and switch it to a mace or back to points.

i was told by a ingame GM to post here case he couldn't switch item id have to get a "higher up GM to help" lol.

 

Screenshot proof would be required like a screenshot of you're history if you bought the mace through the webshop and screenshots of you're inventory/wh to show you don't have that mace but only the sword.

 

X.x there no way i can get SS of the web page cause my comp auto cleans everything but i can get one of the sword

 

Can't you just pull up your credit history, hit the "Print Screen," save it to paint quickly and then upload it on Tinypic.com?

 

You can go to your gamez's Purchasing page, then click on History to see your recent purchase list.

 

It cleans your purchased history? I don't believe that actually erases... go to Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server > log in > Add Items > Select Char/Serv/etc. > should be a tab that says "History" at the top click that and take an SS of it.

 

._. i can get SS of my inventory but not my history cause it auto cleans ( wipe every thing history ,download ,ect.)

well it say i got the sword x.X but i know i clicked the mace, well is there still any way you could help me since i donated for it?

 

...why would you enchant it to +15 if you knew it was a sword?

 

cause i tryed getting help ingame and the gm said to post here and i tougtht id jus use it till i could get help here ( was in pk / farming needed somthing)

 

I'm sorry but there is no proof that you actually bought a mace and received that sword by accident so nothing can really be done I would suggest just using that until you are able to get VIP, if you don't already have it, then trade try to trade the sword for a mace to other players.
