    ive never been play this game since november last year..i format my pc and i have a copy of my flles since 4.5 ver and nw i already update it to 4.7 ... i can log in but i cant see all my character just in the hallway..looks like i have a mistake.. any suggestion where can i check the steps to how to updates and or install or transfer the file

    Update: I messaged the user when his problem changed from the problem on this thread to "Failed to initialize the game". It turns out it was a messy downgrade installation so we downgraded again and he can now play without a problem.
