Need help about connecting game

Hi bros,

I am the new one to play your server, but i can't connect to the game.

I have downloaded the game already from ncsoft website. Everything's fine

I have downloaded and installed gamezaion launcher and now the problem begins.

In the sign in game screen. At the first time i type user name and password then press "enter" and there is a message comes: "you are already log in (7)", i try again and come to next step: chose the server, and there is other message comes: "No game server is available to the authorization server.(6)" and log out automatically.

I have read in website and reinstalled about 10 times but nothing changed and seems not to be the solution.

please help me to play this game. thanks

I'm using Alienware m18x laptop with: win8 pro 64bit, 24gb ram, i7 2630qm, vga gtx 460m sli.

 

Your OS is windows 8? i think u need to update your Bin.32.... here try this link http://www.mediafire.com/download/i1zqu3p37sju848/Win8fix37.rar theres the download link just extract that into you aion folder. If u have any other problems seriously search '' Smartik1 guides'' it frickin helps ALOT!
