    Is that your graphics card?

    The rating of that card is really low and not very stable. You only have bandwidth of 512 by factory default. Plus, 4000 series not meant for gaming at all and is like 5 generations old, I believe created in 2008 or 9?
    Try reducing game graphics to minimum and resolution down to about 1280 x XXX.

    Also, what kind of CPU are you using? This game is highly CPU reliant and can run your HDD dry.
