Resolved Need help with a tossed item.

So I accidentally threw away the item Dagger of Sealed Magical Power. https://bddatabase.net/us/item/10346/
Naturally I thought, no big deal I knew of the issue with this item in the retail version so I went to do the tedious work of getting Tokens of Promise to get it back.
But after finishing it I found there's no way to get the upgraded version and instead you get the base item Dim Magical Dagger. https://bddatabase.net/us/item/10344/
I need the upgraded one to finish a quest and after searching some forms about it, people contacted the dev's in the retail version to have it sent to them.
I was wondering if I could receive the Sealed version so I may continue the quest. My family name is Mutie, character that is affected is named Gabini. I have also provided screenshots as proof.
