    Problem: Im doing the lepharist poison research quest but NPC Chairman Garnis is missing!!
    I want to proceed to the next quest for the Chief Investigator title but i cant.

    Anyone knows why?

    Hello venomakos, same thing happened to me when I was trying to finish that quest. I found out later he took a long time to re-spawn, so just be patient he will spawn eventually.
