Need help with medals

Yo I haven't play this server in about 2 year and I forgot the easy route to make medals to get gear, can anyone help me with that?

Alot has changed in two years.

Most players on this server now go for Blood Mark gear for PVP gear since its the best free level 65 PVP set.

Alternatively, if you wish to farm Medals, The best PVP item to buy with any kind of medals are the level 60 Augment PVP set.

Some quests give you Mithril medals and I believe we still have boxes in Tiamat Eye that give you them.

Also every time you kill 5 people you get a blood mark OR mithril medal. Certain bgs also reward you with 50k ap, 15gp and 5-10 mithril/blood mark (only if you win)
