Need help with reset the password

Hi there, I need help to reset the password for my old account.
I recently retuned to this server from a long period of AFK, but unfortunately, I forgot the password of my account and the email address I filled when I created it. And because of this I can't reset my password. So I was wondering if there's any way the staffs can help me to get my password or email address back so I can keep playing in this server?
