    8 is possible to convert it into gold medal?

    Im not sure if you can CONVERT any, but silver medals are easy to grab from the events from time to time, in retail at least golds come from killing asmodians. Someone said they got a gold medal for winning a pvp tourney so I might try entering more tournaments. Not too sure about that.
