    i have a geforce gt 610 vid card every thing is smooth except once im in game all i see are the heads of players. i did auto detect and adjusted everything in game manually but still same problem. any ideas?

    You probably need to repair your client.
    Seeing just the head of players is a sign of a corrupted / bad download from NCSoft update.

    You can either repair or use our official torrent listed on the front page.
