    stuck character, tell him to login to the website and submit a character unstuck request (while he is logged out from the game), then not log the account until next server restart

    we dont really have regular restarts

    1. when there is an update
    2. when the server gets massive delays
    3. when the server crashes

    generally every few days, u can keep track of it by using the server reboot thread

    people usually post in that thread when the server is down and when it goes back up, just look at the time stamp of the posts to know when it was down/up. the last post was 2 days ago so ull know ^^ u can also ask a gm at any point
