Need some help for my item

My Character is an Asmodian, ranger class. I've crafted an item <Worthy Tough Durable Leather Pauldrons> coz i like it's appearance as there are two tiger heads as your pauldrons.
Only to find out that this appearance is only available for elyos.

Now I want to change it to this look. I dont want the appearance of that item in asmodians. I want to make it look like an elyos suite. Please someone can help me how to chnge it. I knew it can be change as the <Worthy Tough Leather Pauldrons> can be used by asmo as it look like the elyos item.

Please someone help me!...

 

You can try to make an elyos and have that elyos change it.... problem with that is that it might restrict it to that elyos character.
