Need some support for starting Aion please :|

I am having trouble starting the Gamez Aion launcher like i open it and it stays stuck at verifying files the green bar goes all the way but that dosent disapear and so i dont know if thats whats causing this problem but when i press start game it shows an error and asks for DirectX that was released after june, 2008?So i went to support section of Gamez Aion website says if theres an error when launching to repair with ncsoft launcher but i dont see how? Please help will very well appreciate it also sorry for posting this thread in wrong area couldnt find support forum section :\

 

ur directx is too old, u need directx 9.0c thats new enough, get this one, install, restart ur pc

theres nothing wrong with your client itself, directx is a tool required for rendering game (aion included) graphics and urs is outdated

 

Oh okay thank you so much! It's asking where I want to save this file.. Do i save it in Program files > NCSoft > and then Aion folder or Launcher folder or just in NCSoft?

Okay so I reinstalled the whole thing and started all over... Now after i finish installing gamez aion launcher when i click exit after its all finished it says please reinstall gamez aion with the correct path, aion.bin not found? What do i do?
