Network problems often occur in the game, causing the game to become unresponsive

I started playing Gamez BD EU server 2 years ago. Since last week, there have been network connection problems causing the game to not respond. I tried to change Google DNS, but the problem still exists. I hope someone who has encountered the same problem can give a solution.

 

Have you tried to clear AppData folders or to simple flush your DNS?
Go the following destinations and delete all in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO
After that, open your Launcher and let it patch.
Also, try flushing your DNS to see if it helps:
