Never getting my TORN CARDS

TL;DR? No. Read it

This thread is for the information of those who're wanting to change their names before Puddles mails the torn cards to avoid this tragic thing that happened to me.

So I participated in the forum event; "Summer Ala Atreia". I won second place on my character "Bestsupporteu". Same goes for the forum event; "Paparazzi? Oh my!". Managed to take screenshots of 24 people on the list which is equivalent to 120 pcs torn cards.

Somehow, my cousin(not knowing that I won a few events and that I am expecting torn cards) used my last Name Change Ticket and successfully changed my name to Euky. Talked to Puddles about the issue and she said non-existent names do not get mailed. I told her that Euky is the same character but she told me that she doesn't have the time to trace down my character. I mean, ffs, doesn't my forum account say anything? I joined that FORUM event with MY forum account with the SAME character but with a different name now.

Well, if there's nothing else or more that I can do about it then I guess it's safe to say that I'm never gonna get my 170 torn cards anymore. I'm poor as fk IRL that's why I don't, rather CAN'T(would probably be the proper term for it) donate on this server. Those 170 torn cards would mean a lot to me.

How I feel about what happened? Well, I actually put in a lot of effort and time for these forum events because I really dedicated myself to them knowing I would be receiving a lot of torn cards for my personal use and possibly get me at least better gear. When Puddles told me that I was never gonna get any torn cards, my whole world literally fell apart, I felt like she just stepped on my hard work, dedication and efforts and spat on it. Dayum....

I know a lot of players or people here are afraid of you, hell, I think EVERYBODY does, but I have to post this for the simple sake of defending my side and as well as for the information of the community.

Then here's the last question. Is there anything that I can do to actually receive my torn cards?

I do hope you guys understand the situation I am in now. I really feel bad about losing all those precious torn cards just for a lame excuse.

Any time, kapatid. Hope you do get your torn cards, I know what you've been through while trying to get them. Torn cards are worth a lot atm. Losing 170 after all those efforts........... OMG WHY q.q

 

Just spoke with Puddles about the matter.

Pretty sure she told you multiple times that you will not be receiving those torn cards. Especially given the fact that you shared your account info and got your char name changed by someone. We're not responsible for your mistakes nor your actions.
