Never mind...

So, I just finished downloading the client sometime overnight. I was able to get into the game once, make my character, and was getting started on the tutorial when I needed to lower the graphics because the game was lagging. The game froze to the point where I had to force-quit, and now, it won't let me back in. It'll appear in the Task Manager process window for all of about two seconds before just disappearing. Here's the text from the file it generated:

...also, I did try to download the downgrade patch from another thread that had the same issue, but it has been removed from Dropbox.

Never mind... apparently I'm a derp and didn't realize that it's GamezBDLauncher I need to use, and not Black Desert Online Launcher...
