New char at lvl 1 problem !!!!

    I create a new char but its starts at level 1. Anyone can help me? Why it doesnt start at level 60?

    Characters start at level 1.
    You have to do the 'class selection' window that pops up so that you set your class.

    It will then port you to either Sanctum or Pandaemonium, level you to 60 and there you for from there.

    It sometimes happens that you turn off the class selection window by accident together with the intro movie. All you have to do is to go to character selection and log in with that toon again. The window will show up once more.
