Bug Description:

The latest update said there was a new buff for the faction who has low influence. Elyos currently have 73% influence and the buff isn't present.

The faction who's influence is unfavorable now receive a PvP damage bonus blessing:
- Bonus applies only to open world PvP (ex. siege, akaron) and the PvP-Map
- 10% damage increase when enemy influence is higher than 70% <--- ---Current Situation
- 15% damage increase when enemy influence is higher than 70% while influence is 10% or lower
- 20% damage increase when enemy influence is higher than 80% while influence is 10% or lower
- The PvP Boss HP now scales based on the player activity at the time of boss spawn
