can gamez just give periodic omegastones (just like the manastones) if they can't make the enchantment system easier... how many times do i have to go inside IS just to have that precious enchantment stone that will fail eventually....lol....HIGH RATE SERVER WITH HIGH RATE OF FAILURE...^^

 

Yeah , they either need to up the rate at which we acquire omega enchantment stones or put them in drops which can encourage farming which eventually would evoke some sort of PvP XD ~~~~

Could add them to Tiamat Stronghold and Rentus Base rewards I suppose. They're already in Battlegrounds so that's a plus ..... I suppose.

Tried to enchant Elite Anchor Sentinel with over 100 omega stones just to see how fucked up it is, yeah everything failed at +3, tried with supplements and things like that, even tried to bug it and it doesn't work, yet there's LOTS OF ASMODIANS with EA+20, why not they all are so damn lucky

Point out where I said anything about getting Omegas from every event.

Omega stones are not that hard to get, I agree but only for geared players. New ones are going to have hard time farming even few. That's my point, you can't look at everything from your perspective like "they are easy for me to get so its same for everyone".

Yes there are ppl who would donate for that and they would do that just bcuz they can and they don't want to waste time looking for trades.

And about amp/omegas. My suggestion was posted when Omegas were still dropping from mobs and amps were the ones hard to get (via events only), there was no need to put omegas in webshop. So again, check your shit b4 saying anything.

 

Agreed. They need to fix or enable the mobs to drop the stones again. Not every one has the gear or time to sit in pand/sanctum all day to wait for 1v1 events to spawn every hour only to give 1 stone an that's assuming if they win and 1 stone ain't gonna do much with the current rate. I had 150 omega stones and could not even get my EA harp to 5+.

@Luff Contrary to popular belief enchanted Arbiter/EA armor (under +20) isn't that big of a deal, just let the mages kill those guys, the difference (as far as magic damage is concerned) is like 1k HP at best.

 

As a starting player, is Omega Stone one of your first concerns? You're just starting yet you want items that you can use to enchant a gear when in the first place, you don't even have a gear to enchant yet. Is this really about new players or it's all about us players who have been playing for a while now? I have my doubts but feel free not to answer the question as it's not necessary since the answer is just right there.

I'm pretty sure that if right now I post on LFG up to thrice at least WTB 25 Omega Stones for 1k credits, I would get it. I have no idea what "don't want to waste time looking for trades" are you talking about. It's going to be faster compared to the process of buying the stones from Web Shop until it gets mailed to you.

Let me use your own reasoning back at you. So you suggested that Amp Stones be put in Web Shop when Omega Stones were dropping and because of this, it was not necessary to put the Omega Stones in web shop. It didn't occur to you that there are people who can donate instead of farming "just because they can and they don't want to waste time farming?"

I do have a fair amount of new players in my legion on Elyos side, and by new yes brand new, one is even so new she has never played aion before past level 20. She has gained knowledge from what we have imparted and she's well educated to a certain mention now, and even she has realized that enchanting gear is and will be a bitch. But yeah, that suggestion about putting amps on webshop wouldn't be such a bad idea or be a reward in more events, and having omega stones in mobs either.

Either way man, existing / new players don't matter - it affects all of us in some way or another.
