    So how can i farm for LE?
    I can't trade in my Stellium if there are no altars
    And there is only 2 Stellium available to earn per week solo?
    I don't get it

    Go to elyos for exchange.
    You mean quest? that's Daily, not weekly. Weekly ones are violet/purple colored quests.
    You will get it once you know how the society works.

    These weekly quests - NPC's who you are going to kill won't be around if the altars are conquered. You need the altars to be "balaur" in order to complete it.
