Bug Description:

It doesn't give the stats it should when you equip the item.​

How to reproduce/proof:

New set dream medal cloth doesn't grant the stats it should when equipped, you lose hp, strike resist, physical defense, etc. When you enchant the item to level 15++ or higher, it doesn't add the stats it should, resulting in lower defensive stats than the R1.​
