new problem with characters

i got a problem in GamezAion you see..and its about one of my characters..the names Xkrishnax a ranger. i have 8 different characters with different classes.. i can play with the other 7 but i cant seem to play my ranger, when ever i choose my ranger..the screen only shows my skills and the place which is beluslan..but no players nor NPC's on screen and later for a few minutes,,tells me that you are disconnected from server..that was my vending character all the kinah's and items are with her, pls help me calling for GM's who would take this matter seriously and help me, thank you.. lets play lets play lets play !!! ^_^
