new sarpam update...

Ok so since they did they update, we were able to loot the mobs in sarpam etc, I was even able able to open the kahruns box, so i decided to do more daily quests which gives me kahruns box, which exctacts to the kahruns symbol.

and for some reason the daily quest says it dont give u kahruns box anymore, atleast on the new client, the old client it shows it does, so anyway i took the quest on new client and completed it and it put an invisible item in my inventory, which i believe to be kahruns box, so i click it and i cannot extract it, so i even updated through ncsoft launcher to see if i was missing some new update file and still failed..... heres a ss of the issue...

What can be done about this bug?!?
