New Update NCSoft Launcher & Gamez Aion Not Working

Hi

I have just came back after having a year break from gaming cause me and my partner have had a little baby girl, but now that I have some time on my hands I have come back, but the problem I am having is when I come to play Gamez Aion again it said I had to download the new NCSoft Launcher, but cause I live in the United Kingdom every time I load up Gamez Aion it says the game is not available in my country, now with the old NCSoft launcher I knew how to change it from EU to North America, but on this new updated NCSoft Launcher it does not let you do that, so now I am not happy cause I have a few characters in my account to which I previously spent a very long time on maxing out and I even donated real money to buy stuff for my characters on that account, to now find I cannot play the game no more cause the game isn't available in my country and won't let me change from EU to North America like it did with the old NCSoft launcher.....

so what can I do here?.... can anyone please please help me here???.... cause I really wanna get back to playing the game again now that I have some time, I just really hope that I have not maxed out my characters and donated all for nothing =(

Well first off, congratulations on your newborn.

As for your issue.

How big is your Aion folder?

Do you have multiple Aion folders?

What files do you have in your L10n folder?
