New User Interface?

I cannot help but wonder, why some things have disappeared from the UI.

The first thing that was odd, was that I couldn't have the Custom HP bar, and the Standard 1-10 bar at the bottom. When I tried to enable the bottom number bar, after selecting Custom HP bar, the UI just says; "Cannot enable that".

Then when I gave up, and just used the really annoying "standard" UI, I did get the 1-10 numbers bar back, But all the usual Icons, indicating various things about my Characters abilities, are ALL missing now. Such as the Sorceress' "Shards of Darkness" (https://bdocodex.com/us/skill/1184/), and all the other Classes with similar skills, are badly displayed up in the top left corner, where I barely ever look. The same goes for the Health and "energy" bars, which used to be in the middle of my screen and down by the displayed cooldowned skills as well as toolbar.

 

I would very much like and answer from the Development staff here, @Kolka ?

Is there any way to change the current UI workings, or return them to how they used to work?

Do I just have to be forced to use the "new" interface?
