newb issue

    i'm sorry im new to the game and the server as well. some of the npc in katalam and danaria is missing, arfast is missing and some refuge or camps does not have npcs.

    Yes they are not there at this moment in Siel, the camps sometimes get bugged (with all its NPCS), but it gets fixed after the camp captain spawns again.
