    Yes, I have elyos answer only tho.
    There are Cube Artisans in Poeta, and Sanctum. You need to find them and pay for the slots. In Poeta I believe you pay 2 times, and in Sanctum 2 times too, if I'm not mistaken.

    I know there is one in the abyss but I forgot how to do that one XD

    On Tigraki Island, in upper abyss, there is a npc named Jarumonerk who can do all cube expansions for both factions.
