Newbie question need help

    Hi guys, I just started playing AION on this server(or Aion at all). I was wondering why the /3 command doesn't work? I was trying to join or form an instance dungeon (im at lvl 45 cleric atm), but I can't get the shift+V LFG interface to work either. When I apply for a group, it says I'm not participating in any channel.

    So my question is what should I do if Im looking to play instances in a group?
