Nguyen speedhack appeal

So how is this a hack appeal? Let me elaborate for you people.
The purpose of teleport hacking is to increase your speed for a faster chase, or a faster run-away

Our point is that the server has glitches, so even though he is not hacking, it looks as if he is.
We are here to prove that now. Look at this video

in the period of 4 seconds, (0.00 ~ 0.04), he moves the certain distance shown in this video.

Now if you refer back to the appealing video I just posted, you can see a legit-looking animation runner, Purell
running to the same position in the same hill, from the same starting point.

So in conclusion, without hacking, 4 seconds is more than enough to move the distance nguyen ran in the video

so.. unban please?

Oh man, if he does get unban he's so going to go on a killing spree. You don't ban a monster whose been playing for so long and has a good rep to be known as a legit player. Should've least gone up to upper staff before making a descion like that on your own. Everybody knows bend too well that he wouldn't use hacks, especially tele hack. The appeal video shows it all.
