it's skill EFFECTS, not ANIMATION.
It's still the same animation but without the flary crap and actually makes it easier to recognize if he's full of shit, which he was.

for ****'s sake the guy doesn't even land on the ground when doing final strike > lockdown.









and no ping doesn't make your animations faster, go tell that to your grandmother right after explaining to her how to turn on a computer.

 

You don't need a combat log showing when it's to obvious.
