    You are on a ranger. how can you judge a gladiator rolling for a staff? he has got the same right as you to roll for it.... the only one who should have some right to qq is the cleric.
    Anyway rolling for other players/class items is allowed,
    A ninja looter is someone who takes all the drop/stuff and doesnt distributes it, and ofc its punishable.
