    Bug Description:

    I clicked my tea buff, to get some sweet lifeskill Xp, but the buff didn't triggered.
    I know this bug some rare times also happen on retail, the annoying thing is, that the cooldown still trigger, so you can't retry it for 30mins.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    hard to reproduce, it only happen sometimes.​

    Tested, it work good, sometime it possible some desync buy not reproducable, i think it can be fixed only in future updates of client in next versions.
