No Characters

    Hello, i have recently just started to play Aion again but when i loaded into the character selection screen i cannot see any characters.

    I can see 3 boxes - One says "Warrior 0", another says "9324 (null)" and the other is simular.

    I can still see my chars when i log in on the website though just not ingame.

    Has there been an update that i have missed or has my account been suspended due to inactivity?

    It hasnt been that long since i played, roughly 2-3 weeks.

    Please help :(

    Did you update your client to 2.5?

    Yeah we updated to 2.5 and that's the screen that would show if you were 2.5 before the update was applied. Update your client and you should be fine
