    No Cliff Weapon quests​
    Bug Description:
    The cliff weapon quests are not in the "New Quests" tab,
    i also have never completed the quests

    How to reproduce/proof:
    Open the quest menu, click on the new quests tab.​

    I'm a new player.
    even tho i haven't logged in the game since i created my acount years ago.
    when i came back it still should count as returning player.

    Returned and rookie account statuses implemented only at 05/26/2020 update. That's mean u can receive this status if u last login at account was been after this date and next time u enter the game after 30 days.
