No game server found to the athorization server

Hi i am having this issue here that prevents me from connecting and i found that
i have to reinstall gamez aion launcher installer i did once but each time i open it
from desktop i see this message "please reinstall gamez aion with the correct path aion.bin not found" and this prevents me from going to log in screen i try a second method
i open the game from the program files where it is and i see this message again
no game server found to the athorization server
as many times i download gamez aion launcher i see this message
so i ended up with 2 solutions

1.Uninstall game and reinstall
2.Give up playing aion

I dont know what else should i do please help me
