no idea if character is stuck or bugged

how did i bug my character ? well , i was doing a quest , i was on a flying boat , i died on that boat , when i was about to hit the '' return to obelisk '' option then a letter appeared in front of my screen saying that some1 is trying to resurrect me , i was confused bcz i was doing a campaign quest and no1 else could of been at my quest arena, so i was like , oh , what the hell , il hit the confirm to the resurrection , but then suddenly , not sure what happened , maybe i fell through floor or idk . my screen was black and all i could see was the radar and my skill bars , i logged out .. but after i tryed to log back in it didnt let me , it keeps DCing me after i hit '' start '' on my character selection screen. i did my unstuck request 2 days ago , did 1 more today just to be sure that my request wont be missed .

 

I'm out of ideas really. Usually Char unstuck request fixes them. I'll refer this to an SAM to further check your characters.
