Solved No Mail After Buying

Dear Support,

I did not receive the mail after I purchased Essense Core to one of my character. It's been 2 Days now. Please take a look and help me with this.

I do not know where to post for support.

Please guide me how to solve this issue,

Are you logged in on the character you bought it on? Double check your purchase history on the webshop to see which character you purchased it on.

I already checked... There is still no mail. I bought 4 Essense Core. 3 x EC to my main character. I received all. But I bought 1 to my Alt Character. So far, I haven't received the mail yet.

Sometimes it takes awhile. If you for sure bought it for that character, you will eventually get the mail. I waited on one of my alts for almost 20 mins. I logged on other toons and logged back in and got the mail on that toon I sent it to.
