No servers

Hey guys, alot of you may not know me but ive been playing gamez for a while now but i keep stopping then i come back.. Sad right?

Anyways i decided to come back to aion but now i can see any of the servers... And for some reason its pretty laggy. I put in my info and a minute later it finishes inputting it. So ya any ideas why i can't see the servers? and why its so laggy? I have good internet connection. outy:

 

Oh and i also tried reinstalling it but won't work.
