do you use headphones at your laptop?not at the game,at other applications

if you use anythink like headphones portable speakers at your laptop try this

unplug the speakers load the game and take a look if u have sound

also check at control panel,sound & devices(windows 7 and i guess that will be similar at older windows)and you will see at sound tab

Speakers(laptop speaker)
Headphones(it means the lineout of the laptop,you may have there headphones speakers etc)
digital out(only for digital devices)

you must take a look at Headphones if it work normaly

 

no, I mean those things that are already in a laptop, built-in.

this problem you have noticed it at other game applications or software like media flash movies etc?

 

no, everything is fine in other applications. And one more thing, there is a sound when I press "Start game" in Aion launcher, but then - no sound

 

do you have team viewer software to give me remote access to take a look at you pc dude?

 

no, but even if'll get it , can you read in Russian?

 

your windows and softwares are in Russian?
