No vote credits

Why is it im not recieving any credits anymore i have voted today and last day but still im not recieving any credits

is this NEW really is it>>

they changed something on the hp you need to have cookies allowed on your broswer... you get a cookie installed that expires after 12hrs then you can vote and get credits... if you delete your cookies you will never get any credits, if you vote before the 12hrs have experied the cookie starts again and you lost 1 vote .... it's just a brilliant system which will bring more ppl to rage quit...
