    The recipes to upgrade normal ophidian sets to Premium and Noble Premium drop from Hyperion in the Infinity Shard instance. This instance is not implemented yet, so there is no way to craft those sets.

    Even if it gets implemnted.....i'd wipe my account if someone makes a whole NOBLE premium set (excluding badrobot since he has more stuff than half of siel...ya bastard)

    Normal crafting is easy.
    To craft that set you'll need proc'ing at each stage, which on the other hand.....is pain in the back.
