noble wise dragon king staff

as staff do this, but I'm Asmodians guide tells me. Elyos just where is the scroll or whatever I have to do = 0

 

On my understanding, you want to know how to craft this weapon and you are an asmodian. Simply put, you can't. That staff is an elyos-crafted weapon. You can either find a trustworthy friend to make it for you or make your own elyos toon(I think dual-race is still restricted, read this thread's first page thoroughly to have both elyos and asmodian toon in one account ->http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f63/player-transfer-service-133961/) and upgrade the handicrafting profession till 449p+.
