Noob with some questions xP

Firstly I want to say hi, because I joined the server a short time ago. I've played Aion for about 2 years and I know it really well, but every priv is different. I also started to play on ely side and I feel like a noob in Ingi (it was 1.5 when I played as pigeon xD). I already found answers for some things, but I still have few questions :

1. Is it possible to make a twink? Level jumps here so fast, so I wonder if there is a command like /exp off
2. It's kinda related to first q. I think it's annoying to get exp from asmos. It just spams my AP chat. Who need this? ;o
Or maybe is it possible to make chat which shows just AP without exp?
3. I read in rules that we can't use hax, automatic programs etc. I always used Autoclicker to gather or extract bundles. Is it also banable?
4. Can someone write or link when fortresses in Abyss are vulnerable or explain how it works here?
5. I also want to know when is server's restart. Seems to me that it reboots randomly.
6. About the drop rate : I read it's based on Aiondatabase.com, but I noticed that AionDB really often just shows drop source without any %. My previous server used drop % from AionYG which worked fine. So some questions about drop :
6.1. What's wrong with manastones and godstones? Gamez set a random chance for it?
6.2. Are there some limits for drop from one mob? I mean f.e. Calydons and Bakus in Theo which are farmed even on x1 servers and should give 5+ items.
6.3. World Drop works here? (droping random things which are not in drop tables and are related to mob's level)
6.4. I killed Chaos Dracus and he didn't drop any weapon. I was unlucky or some bosses have no drop?

7. What rewards players get from events?
8. There are some customisations which a new Gamez player should know?
