"Not enough quota" Launcher Error

This is the error:

I get it randomly. The game works just fine with the error open so I assume it's a Launcher-side error. If I click OK the Launcher terminates and so does the game.

I have 16 GBs of DDR4 3000 MHz CL 14 Memory RAM and a GTX 1080. How is there not enough ? I changed the virtual memory for the drive where Black Desert is installed to 10000 MB ! How is that not enough ?

Does anybody has a fix ? Thank you !

 

This most often happens when you mouse over the gamez icon in tray instead of the black desert online icon. It's easily fixed by rebooting the computer and avoiding that gamez icon in tray
