Not getting attendence rewards.

    So I made an account today and started playing on this server. Its pretty nice but I got bummed by the fact that I am not getting the attendence rewards at all. I checked mail, bags + storages in villages and they are nowhere to be found, especially the 7day value pack.

    Are they disabled or am I bugged somehow? Should I start a new account?
