Not getting the Combat Promotion quest -> Sausan

    Hello,
    I came back today to start a new char. Got a musa lv 56 awakened and went to sausan...
    I looked up if i have the quest to lvl up fast at sarma, but didnt find it.. its gone now, and i dont know how to get it.

    I relogged already, restarted etc. Please help me :(

    I just created a new character and there is no problem with the quest.
    Go to Sarma Outpost and take the stairs on the left. There are 3 otters up there that give you the quest.

    If you press "o" to open your quest log, tick the "all" button in the lower left of that window. The quest will show at the otter then.
